Payments and returns

CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD: The purchase is immediate and you can complete your purchase in a few minutes.
Purchasing is simple and secure: your card details, such as number, cardholder name, security code, and expiration date, will only be seen by the bank handling the transaction.
Payment is immediately verifiable: you receive a confirmation email immediately whether the transaction was successful or not, for example due to insufficient funds, a transaction denied by the bank, etc.
You will not be charged any additional costs.

PAYPAL: PayPal is a payment service that allows you to pay by credit card without directly entering your credit card number at checkout. In the event of a return, if you chose and used this payment method, the refund will be credited directly to your PayPal account within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

BANK TRANSFER: Bank transfers have an additional cost, depending on your bank and the terms of your account. If you choose to pay for a purchase by bank transfer, your package will be held until the amount due has cleared in our account. The time it takes for the funds to clear varies depending on the currency policies of the banks involved.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES: Shipping is via Express Courier. Orders over €60.00 are free; otherwise, the cost is €6.50. Shipping is available Monday through Friday. Shipping time from Monday to Friday is within 24 business hours of receiving the order confirmation, excluding national holidays.

Any delays in shipping orders may be due to payment verification. Delivery of items may also be delayed due to customs clearance procedures, force majeure, or accessibility issues at the destination.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Customers may request an exchange for purchased goods in the event of a size or item exchange, provided that the item is of equal or greater value than the previously purchased item.
Purchased items may be exchanged by submitting a request within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be shipped via courier only. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original brand tags attached. Exchanges are processed after the original item has been received.

ORDER CANCELLATION: Customers may request to cancel their orders free of charge within 6 hours of receiving the order confirmation email. The request must be made in writing to calzatureprincipecomano@gmail.com; no other method of communication will be accepted.
